96/4 Saturated HAA Polyester Resin with Low Curing Agent for Primid Powder Coatings
◎Introduction
NH6686 is a saturated polyester resin, mainly used in polyester/primid powder coating systems.
Qualicoat is a global quality label organization dedicated to maintaining the quality of the spraying and coating of architectural aluminum and aluminum alloys. From another perspective, Qualicoat reflects the weather resistance of the product. The higher the class, the better the weather resistance of the product. There are many kinds of powder coatings for aluminum profiles, and weather-resistant polyester powder coatings are the main materials used for powder coatings for aluminum profiles. This requires the polyester resin used to prepare the powder coating to have certain weather resistance.
Therefore, the qualicoat standard is now also used to measure the weather resistance of polyester resins. And NH6686 has passed Qualicoat Class 1.
